Nice Day!
It was +31 Celcius today.
Went over to my niece's to see her and my great-nephew who's almost six months old and a real cutie. Their neighbors were over there, helping Michael lay some lawn, and Michael's mom Laurie (Or Lori?) was over to see her little six-month-old grandson.
It was fun chit-chatting and getting to see Cooper once he was up and fed. He shook with excitement and made cute little shrieking and fake coughing sounds, and this is only the second time I've seen him that he's made really happy sounds. For the first few months he slept, fed, or cried (howled) as Mom put it. Lol!!
So, I'm back home and will be going out on the back deck soon. There's a football game going on at the stadium and the sound is carrying over here really well. I love the sound of a game in the distance during the summer time.
Oh yeah, had gone out for dinner after the visit at my niece's.
So, later on I might see about getting some of Cooper's cute chatter online in the form of mp3 files. Not now, though. Outside is calling!
My possum Akina doesn't seem interested in being put back in her cage for the night, she's still sawing loggs in her carrying pouch around my neck. So - I guess I'll just wait until I notice some motion from her before putting her back. We're getting more comfortable with each other, but not quite best friends yet.
Okay, I'm out of here! Hehe!
