the Word "Rescue" Concerning Animals

Yes!

Subject: dog_anti-rescue_anti-peta_new the word "rescue"

"Rescue" written down the side of a truck from the fire department was
among the most honorable and welcome words. "Rescue" was a group of
men and women willing to risk their lives to help someone in distress
or danger. People who did true "rescue" were heroes. Now people go to
the dog pound and buy an imported mutt and call themselves "rescue",
trying to be some kind of hero. How dare they use the word! They
cheapened the word. They have degraded the word "rescue" so much that
many people now consider the word to be the ultimate disgrace.
"Rescues" are now a group of people who brag and identify themselves
as an animal extremist. The word suggests that an animal was abused
and that the previous owner was an abuser. "Rescue" people have
insulted so many petowners and breeders that the word is now a word of
dishonor and disgrace. "Rescue" has been used as an attack word by
animal extremists who make false accusations of abuse. "Rescue" has
been so overused that many, if not a majority of all animals offered
for sale will mention the word. Such overuse greatly exaggerates the
amount of abuse that exists. It says that almost all animals are
abused since almost all are called "rescues". Animal extremists have
tried to make it unacceptable to buy or sell any animal unless the
word "rescue" is attached. They have been successful.

People need to realize that when they proudly wear the name "rescue",
they wear a name that is a disgrace. It identifies them with a group
of people who want to take all pets from our home. It identifies them
with PETA and HSUS. If you want to help animals in distress, that's
an honorable thing to do, but don't call it "rescue". "Rescue" is a
dirty word.

Mandatory spay and neuter means pets must grow old and die without replacements. No more babies, no more pets in our homes.  Stop it before it's nationwide. Sterile animals cannot replenish themselves. It's the "facts" of life.

BAD NEWS FOR...

Oh, my GOD!!! Is that what Winograd says? So, SHE is the voice behind

Well, trying to tell legislators anything having to do with the US
Constitution and civil liberties is like trying to teach a pig to
sing.. It doesn't work, and it only annoys the pig!

Legislators and politicians only care which way the political winds
blow, and how much lobbyists' money they can put in their pocket.
What did I just say? Something about pigs? Hmmmmm......

Well, I am very well familiar with the Civil Rights Act of 1871. We
have a stubborn little black woman to thank for that.. she and her
dead husband, who was lynched by the local KKK, who actually turned
out to be the local sheriff and his boys. She tried to sue for lost
income / support in local courts and was turned down, of course! So,
she took it to the US Court system, arguing that there was a conflict
of interest in the local and state courts. For this, we can be
eternally grateful.

In California, the public is specifically denied the right to sue any
public employee for anything done in the performance of their
duties, "even if it is malicious".. You heard me right.. That is the
exact wording of the law! So, that, and the public employees' unions
(political juggernauts in this state) guarantee that there will be no
justice for anyone wronged by a person acting under color of
authority. Not surprisingly, the arrogance, greed, corruption and
abuses have mounted up to the heavens, and the stench thereof is
exceeding great!

Thank you, Gov. Jerry Brown, for allowing formerly honest and humble
civil servants to organize into labor unions. Now, those labor unions
have taken over the state. I grew up here, and I have spent most of
my life here. I know what it was like, and believe me.. California
has been all but ruined.. NOT by "illegal immigrants", but by a
social welfare system run amok, teachers who produce dullards and
miscreants, and a law enforcement system and prison guards unions
which only exist to grow fat and rich on their own schemes and
corruption.

This is what I have been talking about for YEARS, and no one wants to
listen. I might as well be barking at the moon!

We need to be able to answer the question.  How can the
courts and
legislatures allow this?  Support of so-called anti-cruelty
legislation
seems to be automatic and support of the U.S. Constitution and human
rights seems to be nil.  Every wrong-headed notion that says we
shouldn't have our rights seems to be good enough for some of our
legislators.

There already is a constitution that may not be repealed by local
law.  There is already a Civil Rights Act of 1871 that allows an
individual to sue a law enforcement officer for compensation even
when local law said that the LEO was allowed to violate a civil
right.  We would not have to put even one animal rights activist in
jail, as much as I would personally love to see them in jail, to get
our rights back.  We need to tell each legislator exactly what is
wrong with what the SPCAs and humane societies are doing and demand
that they vote against them.  We need to campaign against Petsmart,
which actively supports animal rights, and for Petland which has
taken a public stand against the HSUS.  Also, buy something at stores
that are being picketed by AR and tell people why.

And don't let Nathan Winograd tell us what to do, either.  Rescue
dogs should not be used, as he has proposed, to push out dogs from
commercial
breeders.  I have become a firm believer in the idea that
commercially bred animals can be just as good as any other animal
except maybe those bred in the backyard of a loving family.

The BEST way to stop the lunacy going on with AR is to create
stronger laws against terrorism. Laws that will make them think twice
before they decide to bomb a research facility. Why is Coronado out of
jail right now?  Do we really allow felons to mingle with other
felons?  They destroyed years and years of valuable research, and they
get a slap on the wrist?  They get the best lawyers paid for by other
AR people (using tax exempt donations)? yet when an old grandmother
who
is breeding animals to suppliment her income, there is NO defense for
her.  In fact she get's bullied into signing over the animals by AR
groups thru threats of large feed bills, long jail times. How is this
being allowed????  Where are her rights being protected??? ?

The fact is the AR groups have had years to get it together, and
are very effective at lying to the public to make millions of dollars
(off the backs of animals  haha.  but it is OK for them), where animal
lovers are slinging mud at one another, and not paying attention to
what is going on. AR marches on against pet ownership, and get richer
to beat pet owners and potential owners down thru legislation they
are getting passed.

Until we truly get it together, the current trend against us will
continue!!!  Until we find lawyers who are willing to work hard to
help
the breeder's who are attacked by AR groups AR will have continued
success's in the courts.  WE need legal wins in the courthouse to set
a
different standard for pet lovers.  Pet lover's!  that means single
pet
owners, up to the best animal breeders we have in North America. We
need to
protect the rights of all animal lovers.  HSUS and PETA CEO's the 2
leading AR groups who are Pacelle , and Newkirk do NOT EVEN OWN
PETS!!   How is it they are so instrumental in getting PET laws
passed??

HSUS? Fundraising For a Terror Group? Believe It.

If you subscribe to The New York Times, take a peek at our ad on page A13 today. We've uncovered some serious stuff. On Saturday, Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) Senior Vice President Heidi Prescott will deliver a keynote speech at the holiday fundraiser for a group called "The Humane League of Philadelphia." Which sounds good. But it's not. The Humane League of Philadelphia got its start as "SHAC Philly"—the largest and most active cell of a violent animal-rights group convicted on federal terrorism charges in 2006. And today we're telling the media all about it.

Are you with us so far? The worst of the worst in America's bunny-hugger movement merely changed its name and suddenly became "The Humane League." (Oddly, it was also known as "Hugs For Puppies" for a few years.) Its own president has been convicted of making terroristic threats against the children of a pharmaceutical company employee. HSUS apparently believes it's appropriate to help this group collect up to $1,000 per ticket for its future "programs."

We've compiled nearly 70 pages of documents supporting what we're saying in this ad. These materials are housed on a new website that we're calling HumaneWatch.

A few hours ago, we received an e-mail newsletter from the Humane Society of the United States In between begging for money and begging for more money, HSUS boasts about "this year's most extraordinary triumphs." We're glad to say that sneaking into Philadelphia under the media's radar, and helping pad the wallets of the animal rights movement's most radical lunatics, won't be on that list.

And at 2:15 this afternoon, HSUS president Wayne Pacelle posted a statement on his blog, claiming that we are engaging in:

"…the 'six degrees of separation' test of who is a terrorist. If The HSUS and its staff ever talk to or interact, even unwittingly, with someone involved in bad behavior—behavior we have repeatedly and publicly condemned—then that supposedly makes us terrorist sympathizers."

This, of course, is ridiculous and slimy. Back in 2004, when HSUS's Prescott was employed by The Fund For Animals (which HSUS swallowed up later that year), she spoke at "The First Annual Philadelphia Vegan Congress." It was organized by Hugs for Puppies—the same group holding this weekend's fundraiser under a new name. Also speaking at the event were SHAC USA leader and (later) convicted terrorist Kevin Kjonaas, and future HSUS Directors Paul Shapiro and Michael Greger.

Pacelle also called our thinking:

"…an appalling line of argument, and a particularly ill fit for The HSUS, which is resolute and outspoken in its condemnation of anyone who advocates going outside the bounds of the law to advance the cause of animal protection."

We acknowledged that condemnation in our ad, writing that HSUS "claims to oppose violence in the name of animal rights." (It's interesting to note that HSUS issued a new "statement against violence" policy document just this afternoon, which consists of little more than attacks against us.)

But talking the talk and walking the walk are two very different things. The only appropriate thing for HSUS to do is to withdraw its support—and its executive speaker—from Saturday's "Humane League of Philadelphia" fundraiser. Anything less, and every American will have ample reason to refer to the $225 million group as the Hypocrite Society of the United States.
