Something I Don't Understand

Why is it that every time I simply go to a Blogger blog, including my own, blogger displays this message near the top:

"You have flagged this blog as having objectionable content."

Urhm...Why!?

Why in the world would I flag my own darn blog as having objectionable content!?

Then it provides links to notify the owner of the blog of the objectionable content.

Yeah - sure. "Hey you - I mean, hey, me! Guess what? You--uh, I mean - I have objectionable content!"...Right!

Blogger needs to fix this, or at least explain it! Because simply going to a blog surely doesn't mean flagging it as having objectionable content - right?
