The HSUS, which is not the "Humane Society", is the complaining party. I would not believe anything from the HSUS and I would not act on any of their complaints.
The HSUS, would not turn in their friends if they knew that their friends were raping animals with no lube and no condoms. And they will be because what they do to humans they will do to animals. Petsmart has someone on an "animal rights" group because they need the sweetheart deals. Look what the HSUS did to Petland that they could have done to Petsmart. They use Petsmart to dump animals of uncertain health on the market. They enticed animal owners to sue Petland with the promise of money from a settlement from a lawsuit that they filed as retalation against Petland for telling the truth about the HSUS.
The HSUS would hire people to rape animals and take pictures if that's what was needed, and find ways to pin it on innocent parties. They would pay someone to work as live-in help for a cattle operation, a horse operation, kennel, or whatever, then abscond to Florida when the owner goes on vacation. It's a lot like what PETA's Alex Pacheco did to the Silver Spring laboratory.

Glenn beck is exposing Cass Sunstein on his TV show today. He breaks the news on Sunstein's views on giving animal's the right to sue humans. His connections to Peter Singer and other things never mentioned in the media are coming out.
He also ties it to loss of American's rights to ownership of pets, property, and self-determination.
